About Riley White

Growing up in a family of coaches, sports and athletic development were a part of Riley’s life from the very beginning. Both his parents served as athletic directors and high school lacrosse coaches instilling in him a passion for competition, hard work and continuous self improvement. Riley attended Division III Cabrini University where he played collegiate lacrosse as a goalie. Through years of dedication and persistence, he earned the starting role, became an All American, and helped lead the Cavaliers to a National Championship. Those experiences taught him the value of discipline, resilience, and trusting the process-principles that continue to shape his coaching philosophy today.

After graduating Riley began his professional career as a teacher at Penn Charter in Philadelphia. While he enjoyed working with students, he realized his true passion was helping athletes unlock their potential through strength and conditioning. He transitioned into sports performance coaching, where he has since worked with athletes of all ages and competitive levels, helping them become stronger, faster, more resilient and more confident.

His mission is simple: to help every athlete maximize their potential both on and off the field through evidence-based training, consistent coaching, and a commitment to long-term athletic development.

Testimonials:

“Riley has helped me not only maintain athleticism after going from training 6 days a week in college to 2-3 days a week post grad, but actually becoming stronger, faster and more agile. His attention to detail, ability to tailor every workout, and commitment to constantly evolving his training makes every session incredibly effective. And he’s such a great person that training with him is a blast.” -Maddie Burns (USA & WLL Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player)

“We had Riley work with our Ridley Lacrosse Program Leading into the spring season this year! Riley was fantastic, the players came into the season in great shape and looked faster! We also noticed that our players were not getting soft tissue injuries that we saw in the past! Our players and parents absolutely loved Coach Riley and we will be using him every year moving forward!” -Coach Hill (Head Coach Ridley Lacrosse)

“Riley is much more than a trainer, he has been a loyal mentor, a great friend and the biggest reason for my athletic growth over the last few years. I truly would not be where I am today without his guidance and cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to reach their full potential.” -Dylan Ippolito (Ursinus Men’s Lacrosse Player)
